Darn, darn, darn!

But, I’m going to pick it back up this week! Look for a new picture on Sunday related to the theme “Underneath”.
2011 Weekly Photo ~ Week 4: Tired
Published January 30, 2011 by jcarvin77So, once I saw what I looked like all hooked up for my sleep test, I decided against using that as an idea for this week’s photo. It was enough to scare the toughest of men. My next thought was, “Oh! I’ll get a picture of Daffy yawning!”. Do you know how hard it is to get a pic of this dog yawning?!? She’d yawn when the camera was turning on or while it was focusing and I missed the shot every time. My last attempt landed this shot, which I think conveys the theme very well.
Next week’s theme is “Sleep”. I can almost guarantee you that it’ll be another picture of Daffy. 
2011 Weekly Photo ~ Week 3: Macro

I don’t have a macro lens for my new camera, but I really didn’t want to pull out the old camera since I need to practice with my new one. So, I ended up making the best of what I had and now I can’t choose between 2 photos. I’ve decided to use both of them:
Not sure that they exactly qualify as macro, but they’re close and I like them!
Next week: Tired. This one may be a bit interesting as I’m having a sleep study done this week. Maybe I can use that.
